Whether you live in Boca Raton or Baton Rouge, if you are planning to attend the best music festival in South Florida, now is the time to book your travel arrangements.

This will be my first spring needing to board a plane bound for West Palm. Before moving to Austin, SunFest was just a few miles up the road from my home. But even just a short drive away, I’ve learned to minimize the space between where the music begins and the night ends. SunFest is the perfect excuse to book a staycation.

Regardless of the distance between you and the Intracoastal, the most ideal hotel to book is the Hyatt Place ~ Downtown West Palm Beach.

The luxurious hotel, located steps from SunFest’s entrance, is offering special packages for festival attendees.

With the “SunFest Two Night Package” you can enjoy a night of blissful sleep at the Hyatt Place, followed by a delicious Deluxe breakfast for two, and a pair of two-day general admission tickets to the festival for just $259* a night. There is a “One Night Package” as well.

Already purchased your tickets? A single night in the beautiful hotel, with a Deluxe breakfast for two, is just $229* a night.

The Hyatt Place offers include Wi-Fi and parking, and has a shuttle that runs to SunFest’s entrance. Speaking from experience, you won’t need it, unless you are lugging a giant sculpture purchase home at the end of the day.

We live in paradise, folks! When was the last time you woke up to the water? Treat yourself to a staycation. I’ll be a few rooms down from you, relaxing each night after a glorious day of music and art.

I’ll see you soon!
