was chosen as SunFest’s President’s Choice Award winner in the National City Juried Fine Art & Craft show.
Miller & Kelleghan’s style incorporates a mixed media combination of photography and acrylic painting.
“We take a 2-D photo and give it depth,” explained Kelleghan, who handles the acrylic portion of the work. “I paint on the matte, and you get the effect of a wave coming toward you. It creates an interaction between the viewer and the piece.”
The standard poster price is $20. A signed, numbered limited-edition print costs $30. Commemorative prints are available at the SunFest store at 525 Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach and online at sunfest.com along with past limited edition prints. Other past limited-edition prints are available as well. Prints will also be on sale at the festival’s merchandise locations.
Miller and Kelleghan, along with more than 165 other artists, will display their work including paintings, photography, jewelry, sculptures, pottery and ceramics at the National City Juried Fine Art & Craft Show Friday, May 1- Sunday, May 3.
