Accessibility

SunFest hopes that all guests enjoy the festival and recognizes that some people need accessibility-related assistance. Many access-related questions are answered below. For additional inquiries, please contact us at info@sunfest.com.

SunFest is held on city streets and parks. The terrain includes asphalt, concrete, grass, and curbs. Parking can be a distance from the event. SunFest does not provide shuttle or push service. Please come prepared to get around the site on your own! Some people have found that electric wheelchairs and scooters make all the difference.

Handicapped Seating wheelchair accessible

Handicapped Seating is available at no additional cost at each of our stages on a first-come, first served basis. One adult and family members under the age of 18 may accompany each person with a disability.  If an area becomes overcrowded, a SunFest representative may ask companions to leave the area and make way for people with disabilities. Please note that all wheelchair-seating areas have limited capacity.

NOTE: The price of The Stand does not include festival admission; buyers still need a SunFest admission ticket. SunFest tickets include general admission to the concert areas at each stage.  Children of all ages need a ticket for The Stand. No chairs are allowed inside The Stand.

Access Assistance at the Information Centers info

All on-site Information Centers are the headquarters for access-related information and services. Information Center staff and volunteers are available to answer questions and assist in other ways as needed.

Parking

Handicap parking is available on the adjacent Downtown streets. Handicap parking is on a first-come basis.  A valid disability parking permit is required to park in these locations. Please note that parking locations are subject to change without notice.
