SunFest will no longer feature a traditional juried art show, and instead patrons will experience and enjoy art in an innovative way.
Wander the Art District between music sets to enjoy, shop, and participate in a one-of-a-kind art experience. Enjoy unique interactive installations, and a variety of consumer friendly goods from more than 60 artists, crafters, and vendors.
Enjoy a collection of art from 60 artists and vendors. There will be a wide variety of works including paintings and sculptures to apparel, jewelry, and accessories, as well as upcycled goods and functional art.
Watch live artist demonstrations and interactive installations by Phil Fung, Sarah LaPierre, Jay Billicchi, Craig McInnis, The Armory Arts Center, The Arc of Palm Beach, Dreyfoos School of the Arts, Education Gallery Group, and the Brewhouse Gallery.
Courtney Einhorn, a Bright Futures recipient and University of Florida graduate, will be live painting in The Art District on Saturday, May 6 and Sunday May 7. Her work can be seen online at courtneyeinhorn.com. The Bright Futures Scholarship program is funded by the Florida Lottery.
Florida artists Phil Fung and Sarah LaPierre are excited to liven things up. Join in with their live and interactive collaborative piece “Sunshine Memories” by jotting down your most memorable beachside moments to be collected and used in an original creation on site throughout the weekend. You can also stick around to see LaPierre and Fung do individual demonstrations of their unique painting styles each day of the festival. Admire, Shop, and become a part of the art with them.
