Team SunFest Common Questions

Gates are almost open. It’s very exciting. Our customers often ask questions to the first person they see, so here are some commonly asked questions.

Thank you for making SunFest a vibrant part of the community and a fun event to attend.

Where can I find the _____?

Patrons will look for you to know “all”. When you arrive at your assignment, locate the nearest bathroom, ATM, beverage or food cart, and info center. You can consult the map on our SunFest App. If you do not know the answer, help them reach the closest SunFest Info Center to get the answers they need.

What time (or where) does _____ play?

An electronic schedule can be found on our SunFest App or on SunFest.com. There is also signage posted at kiosks adjacent to the guest services booths at the Datura and Fern intersections on Flagler.

Who gets all the money?

SunFest is a nonprofit organization that works on a break-even budget. If proceeds are realized, the money goes back into the festival, into a rain contingency fund, or to support SunFest Spotlight community outreach programs.

Who takes complaints or suggestions?

After seeing what you can do to help, inform the patron that guest comment cards are available at SunFest Info Centers.

Where is lost and found?

Lost and found items may be dropped off or inquired about at our SunFest Info Centers.

If you are asked any questions that you cannot answer, please accompany the guest to a supervisor or find a SunFest Info Center volunteer who may be able to help.
