How can I perform at SunFest

Applications for local bands (South Florida based) to perform on Ford Stage, Ideal Nutrition Stages and Community Stage submission has closed for the 2024 event.

How can I become a vendor at SunFest?

Food Concessionaires:    We are no longer accepting proposals for food vendors at SunFest.
Art/ Craft Booths: SunFest Creative Arts Village is accepting applications.  Deadline is quickly approaching.  Learn more / Apply
Sponsor / Marketing Booths:  Sponsorship packages start at $10,000.  For info email dcraven@sunfest.com.

   SunFest 2024 contractors are all in place at this time.  If you would like to add your info to our database please complete our vendor inquiry.  If these is a need for your service in the future we will reach out.

When do ticket prices increase?

Ticket prices increase as we get closer to the event.  Ticket price waves (tiers) include a set quantity of tickets at a price point.  When those quantities are reached prices increase.  All ticket discounts end Saturday, April 27th.  At that time prices will be gate price.

What can I bring to SunFest?

When / where do I receive my wristband to enter the event?

Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband when you enter admission gates. If you purchased a multi-day ticket you will receive one wristband for all days of the event.  Wristbands are not transferable between days of the event. 

If you purchased any upgrade tickets (VIP, Stand) admittance to those areas will be added to you wristband when activated at gates.

Is Re-entry permitted?

Reentry will be allowed. Full procedures will be posted at each public gate.

What happens if it rains at SunFest?

SunFest goes on rain or shine. If the weather forecast calls for rain, please bring rain gear and umbrellas (please note patrons may be asked to lower umbrellas in concert areas to allow all guests access to stage viewing). SunFest does not refund or exchange tickets due to inclement weather. Some performances might be delayed, postponed or canceled due to inclement weather.

Can I bring my camera or video camera?

You may bring your personal camera (no professional cameras and no detachable lenses) or video camera to SunFest. However, flash photography and video or audio recording in the concert areas are strictly prohibited by the artists. Yes, this even means your smartphone! If you do not comply with the artist policies, your camera may be subject to confiscation in the stage areas.

Does SunFest accept credit cards on-site or cash only?

SunFest is a CASHLESS event and will only accept Credit/Debit Card Payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay throughout the site at all Gates, Barges, and food and beverage locations.

Does SunFest provide access for persons with disabilities?

Are children welcome at SunFest?

Children and families are always welcome at SunFest. In fact, children 5 and under are admitted free and there is a youth ticket discount.

Children 6 and above require a ticket to all VIP areas.

Safety at SunFest

We want our patrons to feel safe when visiting SunFest. To this end, we work to create a safe environment at the festival. This includes staffing the site with public and private security and medical staff. If you need any assistance, seek out a police officer, EMS professional, or security personnel. I lost something at the festival, what should I do?

If you lost something at the festival, you can file a claim or see what’s been found on our website. This system will be active during the festival.

If I have a comment, suggestion or complaint who can I talk to?

If you have comments, suggestions or complaints during the festival, you may stop by any Information Center booth and fill out a comment card. During the year, please let us know your thoughts at any time by emailing us at info@sunfest.com.
